1. Operator
Conny Cooper is operated by Divaldo Magalhães Lucas, an individual operator established in Spain. Contact: support@connycooper.com. Further operator information appears in the Legal Notice.
2. Acceptance, Apple terms and age
By creating an account or using Conny Cooper, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement . These terms are additional service, account and product terms. If there is a conflict concerning the licence to the iOS app, the Apple Standard EULA applies to that licence.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Conny Cooper. There is no child-account or parental-consent account system.
3. Accounts
Conny Cooper requires an account. You may sign in with Apple, Google, or email and password. You must provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and promptly contact support if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Do not share access in a way that compromises another person’s privacy or the security of medication or treatment information.
4. Purpose and permitted use
Conny Cooper is a medication and treatment organisation companion. You may use it for personal, lawful purposes to organise medications, schedules, reminders, dose activity and related treatment information. Cooper is a companion character, not a clinician.
5. Medication information and OCR results
You are responsible for checking information you enter, configure or import, including medicine names, dosage, schedules, treatment dates, reminder settings and dose activity.
Prescription scanning uses on-device text extraction. Extraction can be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review and confirm the extracted information against the original prescription and the instructions of your qualified healthcare professional before using it.
Conny Cooper does not prescribe medication and does not independently change your clinical dosage.
6. Not medical advice
Conny Cooper is not a doctor, pharmacist, diagnostic service or substitute for professional medical advice. The app’s organisation features, reminders, records, summaries and Cooper character do not provide diagnosis, prescribing or clinical decisions.
Always follow the instructions of your doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional. Ask an appropriate professional about symptoms, side effects, missed doses, interactions, dosage, or any decision to begin, stop or change treatment.
7. Not an emergency service
Conny Cooper must not be used or relied upon for emergency assistance. If you believe there is a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or an appropriate qualified healthcare professional immediately.
8. Conny Cooper Super
Conny Cooper Super provides premium features through Apple in-app purchases. Available subscriptions, billing periods, current prices, and any trial or promotion are shown by Apple before purchase. We do not set out a price in these terms because displayed offers can vary by storefront and time.
Apple processes payment and manages billing. Conny Cooper does not directly receive or store payment-card information. Unless Apple states otherwise, subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple account settings and use Restore Purchases in the app where needed.
Trials and promotions apply only where Apple offers them and according to the conditions shown by Apple. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer law.
9. Intellectual property
Conny Cooper, Cooper, the app, website, visual identity, text, software and related materials are owned by the operator or used under licence, except where stated otherwise. Subject to the Apple Standard EULA and these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.
These terms do not transfer ownership of the product, brand, software or content to you.
10. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Conny Cooper unlawfully or to harm another person;
- access or attempt to access another person’s account;
- interfere with, overload or bypass service security;
- reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- upload malicious code or misuse support channels; or
- infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Conny Cooper useful and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued for maintenance, security, technical, legal or product reasons. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
12. Account deletion and termination
You can permanently delete your account from Profile → Delete account & data and then confirm the deletion. Apple-linked accounts may require Apple authorisation to revoke the Apple sign-in connection. Signing out does not delete your account.
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address serious or repeated violations, unlawful use, security risk, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Provisions that by their nature should continue—such as ownership, accrued payment obligations, lawful limitations and dispute provisions—survive account termination.
13. Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information entered or confirmed by a user, failure to follow professional medical instructions, unsupported use of the app, or circumstances outside the operator’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law. Nothing limits your rights for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limitation is prohibited.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to Conny Cooper, providers or legal requirements. Updated terms will be published here with a revised effective date. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
15. Applicable law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any court or dispute provision is subject to those mandatory rights.
